在XX集团成立20周年之际，以“奋斗，奔向***”为主题的XX集团发展战略汇报会10月16日在京举行，工业和信息化部副部长XX出席并讲话。

    总结推广XX经验实现装备工业由大变强

　　XX表示，在与国际大企业面对面的同台竞技中，XX能够连续二十年保持我国工程机械行业**的位置，并在海外市场取得令人振奋的拓展成果，不仅增强了我们振兴装备制造产业的信心，更为实现中国制造由大到强的历史性转变，提供了切实可行的发展经验。全国工业企业都要积极总结和学习XX经验，为推动我国工业和装备制造产业又好又快发展发挥作用、贡献业绩。
　　“这是XX成功的基石，也是国家装备制造工业的财富。”XX认为，作为一个有着沉重包袱和诸多历史**问题的老国企，XX能够发展到今天，至关重要的是坚持改革改制，坚持管理创新，通过瘦身减负和突出主业，通过整体提升和不断做强、做优、做大，真正形成了效益、影响和竞争力。XX艰苦奋斗、诚信经营、创新超越的精神，以及企业“担大任、行大道、成大器”的追求，在装备制造行业乃至整个工业界都具有典型示范意义。


　　*民表示，围绕企业愿景和发展目标，XX将以持续巩固并提高工程起重机械、铲运机械和压实机械的竞争优势，同时向全系列发展并不断扩大市场份额为核心业务；以集中优势资源，加大投入，重点发展规模大、增速较高的混凝土机械、挖掘机械和重型卡车以及其他专用车，培育竞争优势，着力提高核心零部件自制能力为重点业务；以前瞻性地研究符合世界产业方向、人类文明进步、国内外客户需求的工程机械相关多元化产品，以制造业为主逐步向制造业带动服务业转变为未来业务；加快以***技术中心为主体的技术体系建设，在高端产品核心技术、制造技术和自主开发能力上有所突破。到2015年，20%以上的产品要达到当期国际先进水平，40%达到国际当前水平，其余所有XX品牌产品达到本世纪初期国际水平。

XX believes that as an old state-owned enterprise with heavy burdens and many historical * * problems, XX can develop to today. It is crucial to adhere to reform and restructuring, adhere to management innovation, and truly form benefits, influence and competitiveness through weight reduction and highlighting the main business, through overall improvement and continuous strengthening, excellence and expansion. * Min said that around the enterprise vision and development goals, XX will continue to consolidate and improve the competitive advantages of engineering lifting machinery, scraper machinery and compaction machinery, while developing to the whole series and expanding market share as the core business ; concentrate on superior resources, increase investment, focus on the development of large-scale, high-growth concrete machinery, mining machinery, heavy trucks and other special vehicles, cultivate competitive advantages, and focus on improving the self-made ability of core components. To prospectively study the diversified products related to construction machinery in line with the direction of the world industry, the progress of human civilization, and the needs of domestic and foreign customers, and gradually transform the manufacturing industry into the manufacturing industry to drive the service industry into the future business ; accelerate the construction of the technology system with the * * * technology center as the main body, and make breakthroughs in the core technology, manufacturing technology and independent development ability of high-end products. By 2015, more than 20 % of the products will reach the current international advanced level, 40 % will reach the current international level, and all the remaining XX brand products will reach the international level at the beginning of this century.
